I live in Moscow, Russia and am interested in buying a summer house in the Virginian Appalachian hill country in the United States, so I asked a realtor to send me some pictures of some of the properties which I was interested in, in particular a Victorian era home that has been on the market for quite some time and seems to be a great deal for the price. In fact, they have lowered the price. The enclosed photo is one of the interior of the home that she sent me. I draw your attention to what seems to be a figure near the mirror on the left-hand side of the photo.

I am not particularly a believer in ghosts, but when I asked my wife what she thought – mind you I posed the question as “ what do you see there?” - she told me exactly what I saw and I was curious if you see the same thing.

As for the technical details of the picture, since I did not take it, all that I can say is that it was taken by the realtor, on a clear, sunny, winter’s day this past December with a digital camera. That unfortunately is all that I know of the provenance of the picture.
