Monte Cristo Homestead

AGHS Investigation

1999 visit

What was previously the Australian Ghost Hunters Society (AGHS) and is now COSPER (Castle of Spirits Paranormal & Entity Research Group) visited Monte Cristo for a light investigation and Paranormal meet for interested parties on 9th, 10th & 11th of April 1999 at Monte Cristo Homestead - commonly known as Australia's Most Haunted house.

Whilst there we collected a multitude of ghost stories and investigated them for ourselves. We found out a lot of interesting things and most of us had some kind of ghostly encounter which I have attempted to write about below and on the continuing pages.
