The Ghastly Experience of My Room

For a while now, I have been in search of ghosts. But the purpose of this story, is not to tell you about those things, but rather how I got started searching for answers.

This is a true story, keep that in mind.

A long time ago, when I was around the age of eight, I saw my first ghost. I'll never forget that experience. It was one of the scariest moments of my life.

I didn't know anything about ghosts at the time. We came home one evening, and I went upstairs and laid down on the bed. Then I started to fall asleep and a wierd feeling came over my body. It felt like I was drifting from the regular world, and being pulled into a different place. Then, right as the feeling was going to take me over to wherever it was pulling me to, I saw a blurred image through my half closed eyes. It wasn't there before. I opened my eyes fully, and there, standing in the doorway, was a little boy. He looked about my age at the time, but now that I'm older, he would be smaller than me. He was standing there in a raincoat, with an umbrella over his head. I looked outside, and just as I thought, it wasn't raining. That's when the feeling came over me. Again. I looked over at the boy, and turned pale as paper. It was just as I feared... I could see right through him! I was just laying there, petrified. I was frozen to the spot. I couldn't believe that I was staring at a ghost! I suddenly was filled with a rush of anger for no reason at all. It was like I knew him and that he did something horrible. This puzzles me the most, because I had never seen that boy in my life. I suddenly lost control of my legs, then my arms, and pretty soon I was charging full speed at the boy, in a charging stance. I wasn't even trying to move. I rushed the boy, and found myself thinking, "Heh, I got him!" for no reason at all. That's when I realized that I had gone right through him. I was floating forward in the air over the stairs. I didn't think twice. I knew what was going to happen. Suddenly I dropped out of the air and started tumbling down the steps. I looked back at the doorway, but there was nothing there. That's when I lost control of my eyes.

Ever since then I have been in pursuit of Ghosts. No, I didn't go blind.....I just fell unconcious for about five seconds. That concludes my story.
