Have you ever had a Paranormal experience?: Yes quite a few strange things

Describe it: I have seen black figures walking through our apartment, I have had strange buzzing noises in our home late at night when no origin of the noise can be found, I had a spectral arm in hospital turn on all the overhead lights when no patients were out in the hall or wandering around and no body could be seen that belonged to the arm, I have heard footsteps in haunted locations and various other experiences.

What are your thoughts opinions on what a ghost really is?: I think it's something that remains behind of a deceased person - but what that actually is I don't really know or understand. I would really like to know and hope that by further investigating we could somehow find out
