THE SIGN It's hard to believe that there is something out there, but after my experience I don't pass judgement so quickly. I used to work the second shift, my arrival at home was about 2:00 a.m. daily. I was just married and my wife was pregnant, she used to wait up for me on a daily basis. On this night I arrived at 1:30 a.m. she was looking at the T.V. and said that she was tired and would go to sleep. We were in bed and I kept the set on for about 15 min. I had the set on to loud so I decided to turn it off. As I did I turned to the right side where she was sleeping and at that moment a lady in white was standing next to her. This lady started walking around the bed to where I was, during this time I was frozen and could not speak or move, but oddly I did not feel fear. During the time that she took to go around the bed the only thing that I could see was her white dress and long white hair, I never had a glance of her face. As she reached my side of the bed she turned her back to me and stood there for some time. I wanted to yell at my wife but I could not speak or move, I could not believe that this was happening. Then she vanished but I felt that someone had sat on the bed next to me, she was there for about a minute. I felt her get up and then a yell came out of me, my wife woke up and asked me what was wrong all I could say was to go back to sleep because if I told her she would not be able to sleep. Three months after the event we lost our child when my wife gave birth at seven months. I spoke to a priest about what had happened to me, all he told me was that it was a sign of the death of our child, and that god takes kids because he needs angels in heaven.
