Reflected Boy

Hello. My story is about when I when I was around 15 or 16 years old....which was a few years ago. So, I don't really know what the explanation is for this, and I still don't know why this happened to me - so here it is...

I was 15 or 16 years old at the time. I woke up one Saturday morning, and I decided to make some breakfast, so I went upstairs (cause my bedroom is in the basement...:S ). So anyway, I went upstairs, and I didn't hear anyone, so as usual, I go searching the house to see if there is someone actually home. Only my sister -in- law was home, she was on the computer down the hall, in my mother's room. I went back to the kitchen, and I was cooking bacon and eggs, and I was also making toast. Once the toast popped up, I started buttering them, and our microwave is on a shelf that hangs above our counter, so it was right by my head. All of the sudden I got that eerie feeling - I don't know where it came from because I wasn't even thinking of anything weird. I happened to look up into the microwave, and I was staring in the reflection that I could see behind me.

From my view, you could see the rest of the kitchen, and at the side there is about 4 stairs going down to the front door. So I looked up, and saw a little boy walking up the stairs.

He had a gray sweatshirt on, black jogging pants, a buzz cut, and he was looking down at his feet while holding onto the railing, going step-by-step up the stairs. When he finally got the the top of the stairs, he stopped, and looked up towards me. He moved his head so fast it scared the hell out of me! But what freaked me out even more, was that he had no face, it was just bare skin! His face was flat, no lines or anything on it, no shape of a mouth, nose or anything. So, at that point I flipped out, and turned my head as fast as I could to see him more clearly. But, of course, he was gone. I thought I was hallucinating, so I turned around and looked back into the reflection, and the little boy was running towards me, like he was ready to kill.

Even though he had no face, I knew what his emotion was! I turned around when he got about 2 1/2 feet away from me to see that no one was there. I jumped onto the counter, put me feet up, and sat on my counter for about 10 minutes....

My bacon started burning, but I didn't care, I was too scared to move! Once I calmed down a little bit, I yelled for my sister-in-law to come to the kitchen, so she did, and she started laughing when she saw me sitting on the counter (I must admit that must of looked pretty stupid!) and I told her what happened to me, and told her to stay in the kitchen with me until I was we made breakfast together!

When my mom got home, I told her about what happened, and she said "maybe it was your little brother playing games with you" - because my younger brother was born dead. But I told her "I don't think you still grow when you die". So I don't know what that was. Of course, my house didn't have any history or anything. But we lived on my mother's reservation - so I don't really know what to think of it.

Another time was when I had a friend over, and we were downstairs....she was facing the door, and I was facing her (so my back was turned from the door), and I was talking to her, and so she jumped up and ran to the corner of the basement and I asked "what's with you?", and she said "I just saw a little kid run by that door!!" - so once she screamed that out, right away it reminded me of the little boy I saw in the reflection. So I jumped up and ran to the corner too. We eventually got the guts to run through the door, up the stairs, and out the house!

I told another person about this story, and she said that she heard that children spirits are different than other spirits because children spirits still have the same mind as a child, so you know how a kid reacts if they don't get what they want? Well, I wouldn't try to get on the children spirits bad side (if you know what I mean...), cause I have no idea what they are capable of doing! (Which is why I'm uncomfortable around them). So, there is my story, I hope you found it interesting, I'm sorry that it was a bit long. Thanks for reading....

P.S: I never heard from him since!
