About ten years back,my parents and I moved into a new house in California. When we picked out bedrooms, my parents chose the master bedroom right next to the bathroom and I chose a room across the hall from them.

The first night there, I went to bed around midnight because I had been unpacking. I was asleep for about an hour when I woke up to a sort of thumping on the top of my dresser.When I was fully awake, I saw my angel figurine, which was right in the middle of the dresser when I went to bed, perching dangerously on the edge of the dresser. Of course, I was a little freaked but I decided I had been wrong about where I put the figurine because I was tired. So I moved it and forgot about it.

A couple of nights later, I woke up at around 2:00 a.m. because I thought I had heard something. I sat up in bed and looked around the room and I saw a white misty thing (rather like fog) floating over my video shelf. What was even more strange than that (and I'm not completely sure if this is a coincidence) was that the mist was directly over a movie, I can't remember the title now, that was about ghosts.

The next night was the worst.I went to bed at 10:00 and had barely gotten under the covers when my clock radio turned on by itself and the indicator went from one end of the dial to another very rapidly. When I went to turn it off, I felt something grab my wrist very sharply but I could not see anything there. This incident scared me so much that I ended up moving to another bedroom that was on the first floor.

There were a few more incidents when that room eventually got turned into a guest room,but those are sort of complicated.
