A Sinister Presence

Hi, I'm Josh. I'm 15 years old and live in Australia, NSW. I have only had two experiences with ghosts, one being a strange presence, and the other a voice that I often hear in my house.

My grandparents live in a very old house in Mosman. My grandmother's room has always had a very strange feeling about it. I remember when I was younger, upon entering that room I was always very jumpy and felt very uneasy about going inside, none as extreme as my previous visit to the house. It was late at night,I was walking past my grandmother's room on my way to the bathroom, when I felt the presence. I started sweating, and I couldn't move. Near the entrance to my grandmother's room was a very dark presence, almost like a wall of fear. I was terrified. I somehow found the courage within me to slowly back away from the room. I tried to get past again, but I couldn't. So I decided to go back to bed. I lay wide awake, thinking about the presence, when I heard my younger brother call me. I walked into his room and he told me he saw a small boy, floating near the ceiling in the hallway. My brother described him as looking very ill, and having large, red lumps on his head. That was too much for me, I decided to just go to bed. I think he might have been the cause of the presence.

In the laundry of my house, I hear a voice. I hear it quite frequently. It says in a whisper, "who are you?". Which disturbed me at first, but now I expect it. Sometimes it will continue "I know you."
