BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO OUR TERMS OF USE.  PLEASE READ IT. (“the Site”) is a website owned and operated by Vince Font LLC ("Castle of Spirits", "CoS", “Vince Font”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).  This Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, maintain, or disclose information collected from users (“you”, “your”, or “users”) who visit or interact with our Site or services.

   1. Information Collected.

CoS may collect personally identifiable information submitted by users when users visit the Site, voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter, and use services, activities, features, or resources made available on the Site. You can refuse to supply personally identifiable information to remain anonymous, but this may prevent you from engaging with certain aspects of the Site.

Here are a few examples of the types of information that we may collect from our users:

  • Contact information such as your name, phone and fax numbers, address and email address;

  • Billing information such as the number, expiration date, card type and billing address of your credit card;

  • Demographic information such as your job title, job description, and company name and company type;

  • Profile data, including your username and password, and details about your purchases; and

CoS uses the information you provide to improve and personalize your user experience on our Site and your customer experience with our Company.  This data helps us understand how users collectively use our services and resources provided on the Site, and how to make our content and services more valuable to you. 

CoS also uses such information to send periodic emails. If you decide to opt-in to our mailing list, you will receive emails that may include the Site newsletter and information about special promotions. You may unsubscribe from receiving such emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

CoS does not sell or trade your personally identifiable information to others. CoS reserves the right to release your information where we determine in our sole discretion that it is in the best interests of national security or matters of public importance, or as otherwise required to comply with the law, enforce the Site’s Privacy Policy or Terms of Use, or protect our rights.

Here are a few examples of how we may use your personal information:

  • Respond to customer service requests, questions, and concerns.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your Site user account personal information and privacy preferences at any time. For clarity, this right does not include the ability to permanently delete content you have commissioned from CoS. You may access the necessary tools in your Site user account, where you can view and make changes to most of your personal information immediately. If you have issues deleting your information, please contact us at with an adequate description of the information you would like altered or deleted and where it is located on our Site so that we can help you quickly and effectively. We are a small business and will respond to your request as soon as we reasonably can. To protect your privacy, we may take steps to verify your identity before granting access to your account or making changes to your personal information.

   3. Security.  

Please review the following security measures, user recommendations, and liability disclaimers:

CoS is committed to ensuring that your information is secure.  To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we follow internal protocol for physical and electronic management of user data to safeguard your information.  While we take steps to protect user information, no information shared online can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.  Therefore, CoS make no guarantees regarding the efficacy of our procedures and/or the privacy measures of third-party plugins, vendors, partners, and affiliates.  However, in the unlikely event of a security breach, we will promptly notify affected users. 

CoS recommends that all users take reasonable precautions in making sure your computer software is up to date, that you create unique passwords and update them regularly, and that you maintain anti-virus software or similar preventive measures to ensure your personal data is protected from malware, hackers, and identity thieves.

The Site may contain links to external websites that may be relevant or of interest to our users.  However, CoS does not have control over those external websites and make no guarantees as to their safety, effectiveness, or content.  CoS is not responsible for protecting any of the information that you may provide while visiting external websites and those sites are not governed by this Privacy Policy.  Please refer to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use provided by each external website for information on how they may collect, use, and protect your personal data.

   4. Cookies. 

We store information that we collect through cookies, log files, transparent images, and/or third party sources to create a summary of your preferences.

We all have a love-hate relationship with cookies, whether it’s in a calorie or on a website.  Cookies are unique files that websites may place on your device to enhance recognition of your device, account, and/or interests.  Cookies may help analyze web traffic by conveying how you use the Site or service (e.g., pages viewed by users, links clicked by users, and similar actions taken on the Site), which you may not like if you are concerned about privacy.  However, cookies can help websites personalize and improve your user experience by allowing ads and web applications to customize according to information collected about your interests.  Cookies do not give us access to your devices or personal information beyond the information that you choose to share with us.

CoS does not have any control over these third-parties’ actions or services, and we encourage you to read these third-parties’ respective Privacy Policies. Accordingly, CoS disclaims all liability related to any third party’s use of cookies.

We are active on social media and publicly share information, images, and video about our company and clients through unaffiliated external social media sites.  Please keep in mind that social media sites are public and your posts could show up in search engine results.

We reserve the right to delete a comment from our page on a social media site if it, for example, does not relate to the post, promotes a commercial product or service, uses obscene, threatening, or harassing language, or if it is a personal attack or hate speech that targets or disparages any ethnic, racial, age, or religious group (or other legally protected group), or if it advocates illegal activity or violates intellectual property law.

   6. Third Parties. 

The Site may link to third parties who perform services within the Site or serve as affiliates through external sites, including, but not limited to, Amazon and travel-related companies for booking travel, lodging, and related entertainment. Please refer to the external sites’ Terms of Use and Privacy Policies for information and terms governing your use of their site and services.

The Site may use affiliate links for the online retailer  Amazon may collect information about users, either through cookies or through information submitted by users, and their Privacy Policy can be found here:

   7. Compliance with COPPA. 

The Site may feature children age thirteen (13) and under, but the Site is not directed to such children. The Site is solely intended for those over the age of 13 (e.g., adult parents, friends, and relatives).  Pursuant to the Children Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), we do not specifically market to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly or purposefully collect or maintain information from those known to be 13 or under in order to protect children’s privacy and safety online.  Use of this Site by those age 13 or under is unwanted, unsolicited, and violates this Privacy Policy.  Please refer to our Terms of Use for additional information.

   9. Changes to this Privacy Policy.

CoS reserves the right to change this policy at any time by updating this page, and any such changes are effectively immediately.  No notice need be given for such changes, so please check back regularly for updates.  CoS will post the effective date of the amended Privacy Policy at the top of this page.

   10. Opt-Out. 

You may opt out of the Site’s third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting or the third-party vendor’s Privacy Policy page for website-specific information. 

Third parties – including, but not limited to, Google - may be placing and reading cookies on your browser, or using web beacons to collect information, in the course of ads being served on the Site.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to the Site’s users based on your visit to the Site and/or other sites on the Internet.  You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting your Google accounts’ Ads Settings.

   11. Acceptance.

By using this Site, you are deemed to have accepted the terms of this Privacy Policy.  If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Site.  Your continued use of the Site following any posted changes to this Privacy Policy will be deemed acceptance of those changes.

   12. Severability.

In the event any portion of this Privacy Policy is deemed unenforceable, all other provisions of the Privacy Policy shall remain in full force and effect, and a waiver of a breach or default hereunder shall not be deemed a waiver of a subsequent breach or default of either the same provision or any other provision hereunder.

   13. Assignment.

Users may not transfer or assign your rights, duties, obligations, representations, warranties, permissions, and licenses (“Rights”) set forth in this Privacy Policy.  CoS may transfer and assign the Rights without restriction.

   14. Jurisdiction and Venue.

By using CoS’s Site and services, you agree to the following:

(i) The laws of the State of Utah shall govern this Agreement.

(ii) All services provided on or through this Site are effectively rendered in the State of Utah, where CoS is headquartered, and such services are passive – meaning that they do not give rise to personal jurisdiction over us in other jurisdictions outside of the State of Utah.

(iii) Any claim or dispute between you and CoS that arises in whole or in part from our Site or related services shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction in Salt Lake County, State of Utah.
