Haunted House (4)

We have lived in our house for the past 16 years and we have always known that there was something strange about it.
The house was built around the early 1920s in Brisbane. I know the house is haunted, I have known for sometime now.

My first experience was about a 3 years ago. I was almost asleep when I heard what sounded like a gun shot. I jumped up wondering what it was when I saw a figure standing at the end of my bed. It looked like a child but it had no facial features. As soon as I saw it I quickly turned the light on and it disappeared.

I couldn't sleep that night.

Other things have happened as well.

Cupboards open and shut at night, Pianos and violins are heard all through the house and my mum has seen people walking around. And sometimes there is a strong smell of tobacco, as if someone has had a cigar. Some parts of the house suddenly turn cold for no reason. My mum has seen a lot of things throughout the past couple of years.

One night she woke to find a man and a boy at the end of her bed both wearing black suits and top hats. A couple of month ago she saw a young girl wearing a dress at the end of her bed, she told my mum that her name was Tamara then she vanished. Mum told me that the girl had no facial features but she could make out that she had long hair and she was wearing a white dress. I think it might have been the same ghost I saw at the end of my bed.

My mum has also seen a Soldiers uniform floating in her room. Since then mum has seen other ghosts in the house and I see things that I cant explain. I think something violent may have happened in the house but I'm not sure.
