Highway Ghosts

I have been driving trucks most of my life, and I have seen many weird thing since I've started.

Driving along route 81, near Wichita, Kansas, I was cruising around 65mph, when a child ran out in front of me. I hit the brakes as hard as I could. I looked around the spot I thought I had hit her, but there was nobody, no blood, nothing. These trucks weigh about 5-6 tons, and if I had of hit her there would of been a big mess!. There wasn't even a dent in my grill. I hit a deer once, a little one and I had a really banged up grill from that.

A year later, I took my Niece out for a few hours in my truck. She was only four at the time. I had stopped at a gas station, and when I got back, she was looking at something and waving. I asked her what she was doing, and she said waving to Uncle Charles. My heart had sank, because Charles was my brother, and he had been killed in a car accident just a quarter of a mile away a few years before that. There was no way she coulda known of Charles, I hadn't told her of him yet. As I left she gave one last wave and yelled goodbye, which sent shivers down my spine.
I still could swear I saw him waving back in my rear view mirror.

A few weeks ago and event which I thought was very strange happened in the middle of the night. I was going uphill, and there was someone behind me, I went to turn off the road, but nobody passed. There was no off ramps within miles, and there was guides so there was no way anyone could turn off the road. The moon was also full, so if anyone could stop, I would of at least seen them. It was like the car had just disappeared.
