Out Of Body

This is not really a ghost story, but an experience that I once had.

I had just moved into my house. I was about 12 years old at the time. It was very late one night. I was lying down on my bed listening to my radio and just staring at my ceiling. Suddenly, I couldn't hear my radio. I guess I didn't notice because I just kept staring at the ceiling. After a while I started to get a bit uncomfortable and sleepy. I decided to turn over and go to sleep. When I turned around I saw myself lying on the bed staring at the ceiling. When I saw that I began to panic. Suddenly, there was a heavy jerk and I fell into my body. The entire bed bounced like someone had actually fallen on it.

Since that day I've been careful not to stare too long at something.
