Suicide Ghost

Several years ago one of my best friends father killed himself in their house. His mother could no longer stand living in the house, yet she could not bring herself to sell it. She bought another house, in which they moved into, and put the other one up for rent. I had recently married and was living in a small apartment. When I heard about the house being for rent I immediately jumped on it. Knowing that a suicide had occurred in the house didn't bother me or my new husband.
My brother, who had just moved back from out of state, also moved in with us temporarily. Strange things started happening shortly after. Stereos would come on by themselves, objects would come up missing, and later appear in another room etc. My brother slept in the room where the suicide took place. He often talked about strange noises in the room at night, and the room always being much colder than the rest of the house. None of those things really bothered us much...until one certain night me and my brother will never forget.
I woke up one night in a cold sweat, and had a feeling of overwhelming terror. I could remember dreaming that W (the man who had killed himself) came into my room and was standing at the foot of my bed calling out my name. He was wanting me to help him (with what I don't know). All I know was that for the first time since I had lived there, I was actually afraid of the presence! But realising it was only a dream eased my fear, although I was still somewhat uneasy the rest of the night.
The next morning, my brother woke up and came into the living room where I was setting. He said "Man, I had the strangest dream last night! I dreamed that W (my brother also knew him before his death) came into my room and sat on the foot of my bed calling out my name. He was asking me to help him with something!"
I was shocked! Just then the I felt a cold chill...I realised that I wasn't dreaming, that W had really visited me and my brother the night before, which I later remembered was also the anniversary of his death!
