The Little Girl (2)

June 2006
I used to live in an old Victorian style house. When I bought it, it was 60 years old. While living there, many unexplainable things happened to me, but I'll tell you the one that scared me the most.
My room was where this happened. It was in the middle of my house, so it had no windows. My bed was against the wall and facing the doorway which was pitch black at night.
The first sighting happened on my second night sleeping in the room.
I woke up around 2 a.m. for no reason at all. I usually sleep through the night so I wondered why I had woken up. After looking at the clock (it said it was 2 a.m.) I glanced at the doorway, which was open. What I saw scared me half to death.
There was a little girl with long black hair standing there. She had on a long white nightgown that glowed a little. Luckily, I keep a lamp on my nightstand next to my bed. At first, I stared at the little girl who was staring right back me. I couldn't move for a full 5 seconds. She started walking towards me and was almost to the end of my bed when I came to my senses and turned on the lamp. She disappeared immediately.
The next night, I couldn't sleep I was so scared I would see her again. At about 1 a.m. I started to doze off. Sure enough, I woke up again at exactly 2 a.m. to find the creepy little girl standing at the foot of my bed. I tried to scream, but I couldn't. It wouldn't have mattered anyway since I lived alone. She stared at me for a few seconds then walked towards my side of the bed. Once again, I quickly turned on the lamp light and she disappeared. At this point, I was thinking about moving out, but I loved the house during the day. It was the night that scared me.
The next night I woke up again at 2 a.m. This time, the little girl was standing right over me. She reached down to touch me with blank eyes. I seemed to reach right through her to turn on the lamp. As my hand went through her, my whole body turned cold. I felt frozen, but I still managed to get the lamp on and she disappeared.
The next morning, the first thing I did was pack up and move out of there. I stayed with some friends for a few weeks until I found a new house. In my new house, nothing weird has ever happened to me and I can once again sleep through the night without the little girl waking me up.
I later found out from the old owner of the house that it was once owned by a husband, wife, and their daughter. One night, the husband caught his wife cheating on him. He stabbed her to death, along with his little girl. Then he killed himself.
