The Night I Knew I Wasn't Alone

Hello everyone, The story I am gonna relate to you happened to me in September 2001. Happy reading!!!!

We moved in to this town home back in April of this year. It was right off that I felt uneasy or so to say. My husband was working third shift at the time and I wasn't going to stay alone in the house. So every night my mom would come pick my two boys and myself up, and we stayed the night there.

The first night I tried to stay alone, my living room leads in to the Kitchen/dining room. I was sitting on the couch taking a break from unpacking when I saw something out of the corner of my eye. I quickly turned my head to find nothing there. I mentioned it to my husband who, of course, laughed and called me chicken.

After a month of third shift he changed jobs so he could have a first shift position (yes I complained till he did so) so he was home at night. Nothing happened until about a month later.

I was laying in bed with my back turned away from the door, my husband right behind me, for some reason I couldn't sleep. I had that uneasy feeling again, so I turned over to see this white ball floating above my husbands feet. I took a deep breath opened my eyes again , it was still there. Then it flew out of my bedroom door and down the steps. I'm not gonna lie I was freaked out, but after that I managed to fall asleep.

I told my husband about it the next day he said "Oh Nicole, you were just seeing things". I told him I was wide awake and the subject was dropped.

The next morning when I got up my husband said "I'm sorry I didn't believe you, I know you were telling the truth". I asked "what gave you a change of heart"?, He said he saw something last night.

About three in the morning he was awoken to the alarm clock by our bed, the alarm was being changed very fast, like someone holding in the button changing the time. He said when he sat up and looked at it, it stopped by itself. So I think whatever occupies my home wanted to let him know it was there.

I would like to do research to find out what happened here and what this thing is! Well so far it hasn't tried to hurt us, so I guess I can live with it.
