Trail of Tears Ghost Lights.

Look, I've never posted a story like this. I'm eighteen, I've always seemed to have some kind of connection to these.. ghost things, okay?

Recently, I saw Ghost Lights. I've been researching these things to high Heaven & deep Hell. I've heard stories of all kinds of Ghost Lights. It was scary, at first. But it's frustrating, truthfully.

I believe it may be the Trail of Tears Ghost Lights.

Now, to explain the situation...

I was walking my dog at around 21:30.

Near the fence line behind my house, I saw a light in the trees. At first, I believed it was just a car passing on the road behind the trees, but the light.. there was no noise accompanying it. Nothing. No sound. Just the sound of my breathing and the leaves under my shoes.

I approached the light. Yes, it was.. dumb of me, but cut me some slack, okay? I've never seen a Ghost Light.. or whatever it was.. from this close, alright?

When I got closer, it seemed to stop. Then it moved away.

I got closer. It stopped, moved away.

I stopped approaching it, unfortunately.

I was terrified. My dog seemed to notice. She was quiet.

I tried following it further, but it disappeared behind a neighbours home. I didn't want to chase it, worried my dog could get hurt.

So I went inside, told my mom.

My sister overheard me. She said she saw a light too. Two of them, to be exact.

I researched it up and down. Researched bugs, if it was a drone.

The thing was quiet, I swear. It emitted this bright white light. Moved across my backyard faster than 3.1 miles per hour, I'll tell you that much.

I don't have much else on it. I wish to God I'd managed to get a video, picture, anything, but I didn't. I was expecting a normal dog walk. So I left my phone inside.

I'll find it again. Get a proper video, one day. I swear to God.
