Unidentified Floating Object

Igrew up in a small town in northwest Ohio. This incident occured when I was 3 years old, but I remember it like it was yesterday.

One Summer day, I was playing in the yard by myself. Just above my head, I noticed a small (4 or 5 inch) silver, metallic blimp-shaped object. It made no sound. It just floated very very slowly away from me. I remember reaching for several times, but it was just out of my reach. I ran into the house and told my mom because I wanted her to come out and get it for me. Of course when we got back outside, it was gone. I stayed in the yard for quite a while afterward, looking for it - it never came back. I didn't realize how strange that little thing was until a few years later.
