Weird Feelings (1)

My story starts in my house that I had lived in for about three years. I was about seventeen when this happened. First I want to tell you that I had always been afraid of this house. I never wanted to be alone and when I was it didn't feel like it. I always had people come over or I left when no one was home.

Anyway the story took place at night. It was any other normal night. I went to bed and watched TV until I fell asleep. I always set my timer so I wouldn't wake up to hear loud noises. Well about two or three in the morning I awoke to a feeling of being pinned down and not being able to breathe. I was really scared and I didn't know what to do. I tried to scream but nothing came out. Suddenly it all stopped and I was gasping for air. I got up and ran out of my room into my parents room. I was shocked to see that my mother was awake also. The weird thing is that she too was gasping for air. I told her about what happened and she said about the exact same thing as I said happened to her. Later we talked and she said how she thinks their are ghost in our house because of the weird feelings her and I get. Ever since then I have not been able to sleep one entire night in my room. I always wake up and feel like something is there. Many of times when I go out to the living room I find my mother out there because she woke up too.
